An Update About Our Operations During The COVID-19 Pandemic
Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, our fulfillment facilities are once again currently experiencing delays. As of now, fulfillment times may take up to 10 business days. This is just an estimate and may change in the future. Some orders may be quicker to fulfill. We're routing orders to where they'll be fulfilled most efficiently, whether that's to one of our in-house branches or a backup facility, to get your order out as quick as possible. Please also keep in mind that postal services may also be experiencing delays in shipping due to the pandemic. Unfortunately, because of these delays as well as the situation being ever-changing, we’re not able to give an accurate arrival time for your order. As such, we do not recommend purchasing if the order is time-sensitive (such as a gift).
We continue to keep safety as top priority at our facilities. Those who are able to work from home have been working from home. Additionally, measures put in place at our facilities include maintaining a 6-foot distance between each station, setting up partitions at tables in break rooms, and distributing PPE such as safety masks and gloves. We continue to follow guidelines from the CDC, WHO, US Department of State, local governments, and health agencies.
