An Update About Our Operations During The COVID-19 Pandemic

While COVID-19 has caused fulfillment delays the last few months, we are happy to announce that our fulfillment estimates are back to normal with an average 2–7 business days (please see note below).* We're routing orders to where they'll be fulfilled most efficiently, whether that's to one of our in-house branches or a backup facility, to get your order to promptly.

We continue to keep safety as top priority at our facilities. Those who are able to work from home have been working from home. Additionally, measures put in place at our facilities include maintaining a 6-foot distance between each station, setting up partitions at tables in break rooms, and distributing PPE such as safety masks and gloves. We continue to follow guidelines from the CDC, WHO, US Department of State, local governments, and health agencies.
