An Update About Our Operations During The COVID-19 Pandemic

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, our fulfillment facilities are currently experiencing delays. As of now, fulfillment times may take up to 11* (please see note below) business days. This is just an estimate and may change in the future. Some orders may be quicker to fulfill. Unfortunately, we’re not able to give an accurate arrival time for your order because the situation is ever-changing. We do not recommend purchasing if the order is time-sensitive (such as a gift).

What is causing the delays?

In order to keep everyone safe during these difficult times, our fulfillment facilities are currently operating at a reduced capacity. Combined with a large increase in online shopping, delays are happening not just with us, but industry-wide.

How are we keeping workers safe?

We value safety above all else. Not only are our fulfillment centers operating at a reduced capacity, but teams are working on a volunteer basis. Our facilities have been set up with safety as top priority. Measures put in place include maintaining a 6-foot distance between each station, setting up partitions at tables in break rooms, and distributing PPE such as safety masks and gloves. We will continue to follow guidelines from the CDC, WHO, US Department of State, local governments, and health agencies.
