Your products are custom-made just for you and we take extra care to give you the best items possible. However, if there is an error with your order (wrong item or size shipped), or if the product is defective, or if you are unhappy with your order in any other way, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. The shirt must be unworn and unwashed, and other items unused for it to be returnable. Send an email to email@example.com with your order number (on your invoice) to start the return process. If possible, please include a photo of the defect (if applicable). You will be responsible for the shipping fees for the returned package.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We're sorry but we can't accept returns or exchanges for personalized items (unless the item is defective). Please double-check all spelling and sizing before placing your order.
