Exchanges And Returns

Your products are custom-made just for you, and we take extra care to give you the best items possible. However, if the product is defective, if the incorrect item or size was shipped, or if you are unhappy with your order in any other way, you may exchange the item or return it for a full refund of the original purchase amount (including original outbound shipping charges) within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage may not be eligible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Begin

To begin an exchange or return, send an email to hello@theministryofsweat.com with your order number (on your invoice) and the reason for the exchange or return.

For size or item exchanges: Indicate the size or item (of equal or lesser value) you would like to exchange for.

For defective items: Include a photo of the defect with all or part of the item’s design clearly identifiable.

For incorrect size delivered: Include a photo of the size tag with the item’s design clearly identifiable.

Additional Notes

Exchanges and refunds are processed only after the original item is returned, received, and inspected. Returned packages may take several business days to be processed after delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanged and replacement items will go through the standard production process before being shipped.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
