We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and PayPal.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes we do! Select your country from the dropdown menu during checkout. If your country is listed then we will absolutely ship to you.
Important note for international customers: You may be charged import duties and taxes designated by your country. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about these fees. Please check with your local post office before placing your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your products are made to order, so once your order is placed the processing time is 2-7 business days to get your item(s) printed and ready to ship. Shipment time in the US is 3-5 business days, 5-10 business days to Canada, and 10-20 business days for all other international orders.
How are your shirts printed?
We use state of the art print-on-demand direct-to-garment technology with eco-friendly waterbased inks to print the shirts. Your shirts are made-to-order just for you.
Disclaimer about direct-to-garment: You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, our inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable!
What is your return and exchange policy?
Your products are custom-made just for you and we take extra care to give you the best items possible. However, if there is an error with your order (wrong item or size shipped), or if the product is defective, or if you are unhappy with your order in any other way, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order (personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges). The shirt must be unworn and unwashed, and other items unused for it to be returnable. Send an email to email@example.com with your order number (on your invoice) to start the return process. If possible, please include a photo of the defect (if applicable). You will be responsible for the shipping fees for the returned package.
